Shipping Policy

At Hustlixx, we aim to deliver your order as quickly and safely as possible. All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Once shipped, delivery usually takes 3–7 business days depending on your location in India. Metro cities may receive orders faster, while remote locations may take slightly longer.

After your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS so you can monitor your delivery status in real time. Please ensure that the shipping address and contact details entered during checkout are correct to avoid delays.

We work with trusted courier partners to ensure your package arrives safely and on time. Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Return & Exchange Policy

Returns

We want you to love what you receive. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return or exchange within 3 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. Items must also be returned with original tags and packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.

If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping Returns

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Shipping charges paid at the time of placing the order are non-refundable.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
